IGF-1 (Insulin Growth Factor) is the body's principle growth factor. When growth hormone enters the bloodstream from the pituitary gland, it is taken up by the liver and converted to IGF-1. IGF-1 is then responsible for many of the effects usually attributed to HGH (Human Growth Hormone). It is used to increase lean body mass, reduce fat, and build bone, muscle and nerves.
Research shows that IGF-1 encourages the absorption of both chondroitin and glucosamine sulfate. A decline in IGF-1 levels is among the causes of the development of bone disorders. IGF-1 is considered by many scientists to be a marker of overall growth hormone status.

Directions
Adults, 3 sprays, 3 times a day in the mouth under the tongue 5 days a week. Mouth should be free of food or drink for at least 30 minutes before and after taking. Can be taken with water. Keep under the tongue at least 10-15 seconds before swallowing.
